Four-level
quality control

Every garment passes through at least four separate inspection points during production.

1

Material inspection

Every incoming material is checked on receipt: we examine measurements, colour, structure, and certification.

2

In-process inspection

Continuous checking takes place at every stage of cutting and sewing so that any deviations can be corrected immediately.

3

Finished garment inspection

Completed garments are examined by an experienced quality inspector for stitching, fit, pressing, and finishing.

4

Final sign-off

Based on the specification received from the client, a piece only leaves the workshop once all criteria have been met.

Artisan precision

Present at
every stitch

Machine precision and manual care are not alternatives here — we use both together. Our modern industrial sewing machines ensure consistent quality, while our experienced craftspeople check the details that only the human eye and hand can detect.

We pay particular attention to the quality of finishing: internal seams must be neat, loose thread ends must be secured, and all buttons, snaps, and zips must be firmly attached. This is the part the client does not see directly — yet it determines the durability of the piece.
