Every phase of our production process is carefully planned so that the finished product meets every expectation.
Material receipt and inspection
Every shipment is physically inspected on arrival — from fabric density to colour consistency, from thread tensile strength to water resistance, every parameter is checked. Only materials that pass the quality threshold enter production.

Design and pattern making
Our experienced tailors prepare precise patterns, taking into account the material's stretch, seam directions, and size variations. We use both digital and hand pattern-making to achieve the most accurate result.

Sewing and assembly
Our modern industrial sewing machines enable precise, consistent stitching even in large volumes. The machines are regularly maintained and calibrated. Every tailor on our team has at least five years of experience in the clothing industry.

Hand quality control
Every finished piece is inspected by a dedicated quality controller. Seam strength, buttonhole size, zip function, surface consistency — nothing goes unchecked.
100% manual inspection on every piece
Packaging and delivery
Finished products are carefully packaged with transit and storage in mind. Delivery takes place according to the method and schedule agreed with the client.

Quality control at YarnLee is not a formal step at the end of production — it is a mindset present at every stage of the process. Every colleague is responsible for their own work and is empowered to stop production if they identify a problem.
Any complaints are investigated within 48 hours, and where justified, the affected pieces are repaired or remade at no charge.
